                 How To Use WABBIMS Workout Journal     







 
 
 
A. How to Enter and Save New Stack or Cycle Information

1. Click the "New Stack" Button on the Main Form to display the Stack Manager Screen
2. Enter a Name for the Stack
3. Select a Category from the Drop-Down List
4. Enter the Product Name
5. Click the "Add" Button

 


6. The Product will be displayed under "Selected Products"
7. Click on the Product Name
8. The Products Name will be displayed under "Enter Dosage Info"
9. Enter the Dosage Information for the selected Product
10. Click "Enter"



**Repeat Steps 3 - 10 for all the Products being used in the Stack

 


11. Enter Starting Stats, Start Date, and End Date. Click "Save All" to save the Stack
      and display the Main Form

 
To Update Current Stats, click the Edit Button next to the field you wish to update.
Enter the new value, and then click Save





B. How to Enter and Save Diet Information

1. Select a Meal Category
2. Select a Food Category
3. Enter values for Protein, Carbs, and Calories
4. Enter any Additional Notes (optional)
5. Click Save





C. How to Enter and Save Weight-Training Stats

Entering New Stats

1. Click the tab for the appropriate body part
2. Enter values for Sets, Reps, and Weight
3. Click Save
4. Repeat for each body as necessary 

 


Entering Personal Bests


1. Click the "Personal Bests" Button on the Weight-Training Form
2. Select the appropriate exercise
3. Click the Edit Button for the exercise
4. Enter the new Value
5. Repeat for other exercises as necessary
6. Click "Save All"





D. How to use the Photo Album

Simply click and drag the photo from Windows Explorer to the Photo Album.
